Navy and Intro to Sales:
The Navy is where I launched my career. I worked my way through college at various sales positions, mostly in the resort industry. There I fell in love with sales and even got a stint teaching sailing through the old Princess Resort.

Pharmaceutical Sales:
After graduating from SDSU, I landed a coveted pharmaceutical sales position with AstraZeneca. I'm incredibly grateful for the 14+ years working for the highest caliber of leaders in the field of medicine. There I discovered my strengths in how my professional attitude + fun personality + tenacity = open doors to build trusted relationships. The education AZ provided gave me in depth pharmaceutical product knowledge to have articulate, move-market-share conversations.

Entrepreneurial Experience:
In 2012, I left to pursue my entrepreneurial dream to turn my passion for developing a unique cosmetic case into a business venture. It was pure joy to have an idea and see it through the process of development, manufacturing, packaging and marketing. I bootstrapped my company Mettano Designs and handled all aspects of the business, from managing eight professional consultants, social media, marketing, public relations, attending trade shows, building strategic partnerships, pricing, and client satisfaction. Stick With It palette has circulated the globe making its way into Emmy and Oscar award-wining make up artists hands. Moving on to my next venture, I'm pivoting from product to a service-based business.

Mettano Designs has pivoted to consulting assisting solepreneurs and small companies through critical pivot points, enter new markets and create new sales channels, while increasing profitability and efficiency.
